I'm Back!!
Jul 12, 2010 | | Hey Guys! I'm back from my vacation and I feel refreshed and ready to roll out changes that I feel like I've been talking about forever. Instead of talking about them again though, I'll just alert you as they happen.
Right now I have so many things I have to do to gear up for the fall. I'm shooting more content this month and launching Ebony Cock Teasing any day now. I'm screening my females a little better so that the action is sexier for Bound n Teased and Tickled n Teased and I'm looking for guys who are into golden showers, corporal and forced femme for Goddess Sonya videos. Checking In
Jun 30, 2010 | As my vacation winds down and voting is closing today I felt it was my duty to throw in one last request for voters (see my last post).
I'm shifting gears from relaxation to ready to being a little more busy with the changes I discussed. So far, I've already made the change to Tickled 'n' Teased and after some technical errors, the full screen option seems to be working fine. After I start redoing the videos (as best I can anyway), I will move on to Goddess Sonya then on to the other websites. I think you'll really enjoy this feature and it'll give you viewing experience a new dimension.
Next, I'll be updating my preview videos to reflect the new content in the websites and I'll freshen up the home pages with new photos. All of this takes time and I'm only a small team of people, so bear with me, I anticipate having this mostly done by the Fall..
I had hoped to launch Ebony Cock Teasing by now, but I want to return from vacation to oversee that process, to make sure it goes as smooth as possible. It's pretty much ready and coming soon to a video monitor near you.
I think I've tanned enough so I'm going to put my clothes back on and start thinking about all that I have to do when I get back. Plus, I have to continue my laser hair removal (the best investment I ever made; I haven't had to shave my underarms except once!) so I need to let my tan fade a bit. It's always sad when vacation ends, but I believe I'll be making it more of a habit for my physical and mental well being. Now that I have reliable support staff I can move on to living my life the way I'm supposed to.

Exciting News
Jun 21, 2010 | So, I've been working on having the bigger video screen option integrated into my sites and it's really a labor of love. Two steps forward, one step back. But don't worry! I'll get it done and it'll be great.

Vacation is slowly giving way to demands of work, but I'm not complaining. The wheels of progress never stop and neither will I.

Greetings - still from Vacation land
Jun 15, 2010 | Before I hit the sack I wanted to let all my loyal fans know that I'm doing great. I've been catching rays, vegging out watching TV and otherwise enjoying peace and quiet! In fact, I'm in such a good mood I can hardly believe it.
Well....things are as they were the last time I popped in, so nothing new to report. Which is good in a way, but not so good in another way. Sometimes progress can be slow, but it does happen.
Anyway, this time of year lots of people venture off to do all sorts of activities; there's basketball and soccer for example. Schools are closing and the amusement parks are opening. But make sure you take a moment for yourself away from the family and the sun to engage in a little "me" time. Watch my updates! They're hot and you'll be glad you did.
Stop and take a moment to log in and give yourself the pleasure. You'll be much more ready to take on the upcoming 104 days of summer.

Hello from Vacation land

I'm technically on vacation, but I figured since I'm online I'd pop in to say a quick hello to my fans. The mosquitoes are eating me alive and it's hot enough to melt dry ice, but I couldn't be in a better mood! I'm finally relaxing, and that's what vacation means to me.
As Summer approaches for the majority of us, I hope you'll squeeze a little time into you schedule to sneak in the latest updates. I still have things outstanding that need to get done like full screen and freshening up the sites with new pics and previews (unfortunately I can only work as fast as my team can get things done), but trust me they will get done. I may be on vacation, but it doesn't mean I've checked out altogether!

New Models New Content, New Staff!
May 20, 2010 | | I remember when I was a kid and I realized that divorce meant that my dad had to move out; he said to me "Without change there can be no progress." I never forgot those wise words and I keep them in mind whenever something shitty happens outside of my control. One thing I have learned is that when things always seem to be negative it's because the positive hasn't made itself evident just yet. It's like breaking eggs - eventually you'll get an omelet, but all you can see at that moment are the broken eggs.
With that in mind, I've shaken things up a bit and made some internal changes. I've hired a new editor who as a kinky person himself is much more able to do the videos justice. I hope you'll like his work (though you probably won't be able to tell the difference)!
I've decided to add more of the fun stuff I enjoy to the sites. It's a big risk, but I think I'll have fun again and you'll have more options for videos on top of what I already offer. I don't want to say what, just keep your eyes peeled as the weeks progress.
Also, newest member of the EK staff is Ebony Switch Aye Provide. Many of you know (and love) her from her films, modeling and DJ-ing, so I thought it was a natural fit to add her to the staff as more than a contributing writer. As it I launch more websites it's not a moment too soon either. Looks Like It's Time for...
May 11, 2010 | | ...For me to go on vacation. It's long overdue and with the summer months fast approaching, this is the best time of year to slow down and regroup.
After I get the changes I've been working on checked off of my list, a couple more shoots under my belt and I'm off to get some time to myself.
It'll be nice to dig my toes into some sand, wake up whenever I want and have no one to talk to but myself. It'll be great to get up and work out instead of jumping on the computer. And it'll be nice to wear bikinis again, get some sun on my skin and some color (well, more color).
Unfortunately, I'll miss the anniversary party for Fetish Factory and I'll probably miss my friend Mistress Anya who will be in Miami for the party. But I need to take a break from all activity that remotely resembles work ( i.e., putting on makeup, wearing fetish attire) for a little while.
Then when I return to NY, fresh and ready to kick ass, I'll have already launched Ebony Cock Tease and be working on the next project on my list with conviction.
It's about time and it's going to feel so good!

Goddess Sonya Popping in...
Apr 28, 2010 | | My boy in Scotland wrote to me today while I was in the middle of, well, everything. He mentioned that I hadn't posted to my journal in a while and that he hadn't seen me online, etcetera. He was right.
So, I'm sitting here, bleary-eyed making my presence felt before I pass out from a day of too much whip-cracking (and not the fun kind). I'm not going to complain about how many things I have to do, and I'm not going to gripe about not having enough time to do this or that. It is what it is after all.
What I will talk about though are what I've been working on. Before I go to bed...
Apr 14, 2010 | ... I just wanted to pop in and say "hello!" to my fans and friends out there. I've been busy as usual with putting out fires, with tweaking my websites and with filming more beautiful girls for you all to enjoy. I'm so happy that Geisha V enjoys playing with her pet for my cameras for example; she's got such great chemistry with him it jumps off the screen ( at least, I hope you can see that!). I had a no-show two weeks ago, but the scheduling deities were kind to me this past weekend and sent me a real cutey pie to tickle and tease. So, things always work out for the best!

Busy Month - Just the way I like it
Mar 25, 2010 | It's been a couple of weeks since I last wrote here. so let me bring you up to speed more or less.
March 6th- Shot with ...I don't remember.
March 13th-Shot with a girl, but it was so disappointing I don't even want to go into details.
March 20- Part 1 of Shoot with Mone Divine. She's a real sweetheart and very professional
March 25th- There's a part 2 because we had a scheduling issue March 20th. What a trooper!
I have gotten out of the habit of talking about shoots before they happen because something always goes wrong when I do. So, I'll write you nest week as to what transpires over this weekend.
Good news! I may be finally getting an assistant! She came highly recommended and after talking to her, she starts Saturday to help me organize stuff. I'm so looking forward to the productivity this will bring me. I can't wait!
Tomorrow I finally hand over the DVD I created for Miss Rubber World 2010. It was a ton of work and I'm very proud of what I created. I hope they'll feel the same.

Looking Forward to Spring
Mar 2, 2010 | Weather reports say there's supposed to more snow fall Wednesday into Thursday this week. Well, I don't care now, because I know we're one step closer to Spring than we were a week ago. Yay, March!
This month I'm solidly booked every weekend with shoots (although sometimes too much planning can mean too little doing!) and I'm working diligently to keep things moving in a forward motion. I'm happy to announce the addition of Aye Provide and Bella Princess Jewel to Ethnic Kink as contributing writers! They bring their own unique perspectives to this scene as submissive black women and I look forward to sharing their insights with you all.
I've also decreed this month "CBT & Ass Worship Month" because after looking at the lineup, I saw an exciting theme of not only cruel and sensual cock teasing, but also glorious asses being kissed & worshipped! Viva la Domme!

Ok, so I'm not getting as much exercise as I used to but I'm working on it. I'm never completely out of shape, just not my target weight currently.
So, let the snow fall one more time and coat the streets of New York with white, inconvenient slush. I don't care this time because Srping is on the very near horizon and things couldn't be better!

Rant About February
Feb 25, 2010 | | This month has been incredibly difficult to deal with! As soon as the first snowstorm clears up, we get hit with another. Now I don't know if I'll be able to shoot this weekend. Well, we'll see.
I can't believe the amount of bad weather we've had. It feels worse because January was so mild in comparison, it made me think winter would be over early this year.
Well, at least one bright spot is that I finally have a new slave stateside. We've had some scheduling difficulties, but his training is supposed to begin on Saturday. Hopefully, that won't be postponed by the weather either. He comes already broken in (thank goodness)from a Mistress I respect and admire which will make my job so much easier.
I guess you have to take the good with the bad, but trust me, if I didn't have so much to do, I'd be in Florida right now. I'm just really disliking this February intensely and wanted to share my disappointment with you all.

Updates
Feb 18, 2010 | | I'm feeling a little less edgy each day as my studio gets put together. There's still more to go, but at least I have office space carved out and shooting space designated. I was there last night doing POVs and it felt good to be back in operation. I need to lose a little weight, but it's nothing to write home about. After all, it is still winter here.
I still have some things to set up, some pieces of furniture to get and then final decorative touches, then I can really enjoy my new space. I'm even considering taking appointments again on a limited basis if time permits.

Getting Antsy & Seeking Feedback
Feb 12, 2010 | | I'm starting to feel a bit anxious because my studio is taking longer to put together than I have time for. I'm actually losing sleep over the unfinished state of things so I'm busying myself doing research, shopping online and custom ordering where possible without breaking the bank.
I know it will be fabulous when it's done, but that's a bridge I have yet to see i the horizon let alone cross.
In the meantime, I'm looking into adding some new fun features to the sites to keep things interesting. I wonder how people feel about live shows as an added feature to the site? Give me feedback on this and on what you'd like to see live. Also, if there are any sluts that wish to volunteer to be humiliated live (when it happens) by me, kindly drop me a line.
Okay, going to try to get some sleep. I have a funeral to attend in the afternoon.

A Woman's Worth
Feb 8, 2010 | | I received an email today from someone I won't get into the specifics of the exchange but what I will say is that a woman has to value her worth in any situation.
I don't do sessions for free for example; I come to the table with an extensive wardrobe, ample equipment and several years experience. Why would I expect a fee of anything less than what I'm worth?
I don't do dinner for free either. I'm a terrific conversationalist, attractive company and I'm funny to boot. I can buy my own dinner and I'm not pressed for entertainment on a Friday night. I think if a man respects you and your time, he'll compensate you for it, be it currency or gift.
I'm not trying to come off like some Diva, I'm simply a woman who values her time. Some may read this and think, "Who does she think she is?" as if it's somewhat more admirable to give freely of my time to all who ask rather than to set limits. I can't understand for the life of me why it's some big sin to be asked for fair trade in exchange for a woman's time and/or company and/or skill.
I don't see any honor in meeting someone's bottom line that doesn't involve reciprocity. If more women were like this, I think men would act better and think more highly of us as the Goddesses we are. |
Thinking, Planning & Moving
Jan 27, 2010 | I have to be careful what I write. Slave C called me this morning, kicking himself about a past shoot that I posted didn't quite work out. I don't think I said anything too harsh, but some men are very sensitive about their performance. I assured him that there was no problem with his performance and that was that.
Now, if he had done a bad enough job I would tell him, but only if he asked. It's pointless to give feedback to people who don't want it. Or, I'd simply just not have him back; I hate to waste time.
My computer was out of commision for a while but now I'm back up and have a lot of catching up to do. However, it may have to wait because thi weekend, I move into my new studio and say goodbye to my current (well, actually old)one. I have so many great memories and so many great shoots there it's hard to say anything bad. I'll just say it was time to move on to a bigger space. Next comes the task of decorating and I'm flirting with doing sessions again on a limited basis if time permits. (I've become much more selective and impatient as time passes)
Anyway, it's time for me to venture out and run errands. I have one more inbox to check then I'm gone. I hope you enjoy your day as well.

Weeks of Work & 2010 Road Warrior
Jan 20, 2010 | | I have been so preoccupied these past weeks with organizing my shoot for the Rubber Ball that I haven't even been in front of a PC in so long. All of my prepping and planning came to a head this past Sunday when I supervised my crew filming the festivities, the outfits, the people and especially the Miss Rubber World 2010 Contest (won by DawnaMatrix this year). I wish I would have been able to enjoy myself more, but that's how it is sometimes. In spite of the weather, it was a great party with great outfits. You always run into some self absorbed idiots with no home training, but that's life at times. You just put them in their place and keep it moving. I wore a black latex halter catsuit, leather-over-the knee boots a sexy bolero jacket and lots of jewelry to make things funky.
My weekend was hectic (my feet still hurt) but was made better by my friend Maitresse Anya of Switzerland. We hadn't seen each other in years so it was so wonderful to catch up with her and share laughs, enjoy drinks and just plain girl talk. I can't wait to see her again in May when we'll both be in Florida for Fetish Factory's Anniversary.
I've also been working on breaking down my current studio to get ready for the move to my new one but it's happening in pieces instead of in a burst so everything feels more draw out. but I like this space and neighborhood so much, I may even begin to take sessions again (on a limited basis)!
I must say I am still low on energy, so I'm looking forward to finally getting the massage I wanted to get for my birthday but couldn't book because of my schedule. It's going to finally be good to be relieved of my achy muscles and feet. Then later, I take some much needed time to myself to enjoy a movie or something.
This year has gotten off to such a terrific start! So many good things are happening with more to come. I intend to revamp Bound n Teased and to expand on my Ethnic Kink blog with a regular video segment. My itinerary page will actually get use again because I'll be back on the road hitting the events. I don't think I can hang until all hours of the night like in previous years; I have too many responsibilities and my day starts kind of early. However, they say getting there is the hard part, so I'll at least do that! And I can't wait to meet you all if you want to follow me. |
Ringing in the New Year Right!
Jan 11, 2010 | | I know, I know...it's been over a week since I've graced this journal with my presence. But I've been busy and I don't like talking if I have nothing to talk about.
First of all,I've got some great stuff coming very shortly but before I let the cat out of the bag, I'm going to wait for the paperwork to be signed and delivered. I've run my mouth before about stuff happening only to have egg on my face when it falls through. No more of that for me!
Second of all, it's confirmed - I'm going to be attending the Rubber Ball. It's been a long time since I've gone to any parties, but now that I'm out from under the majority of the work I've been doing on my websites, it's time to show my pretty little face again to the SM world.
I'm making plans to make the rounds on all the NYC happening parties and I hope to make it to DomCon this May provided I'm not somewhere else in the world.
I have to say, so far this year is turning out great! I can't imagine another year like last year so I'm optimistic and looking forward to getting back to travelling, doing more shooting and launching new projects aimed at empowering, entertaining and educating viewers.
Well, it's late and I have one last item to attend to before I say goodnight. So let me get to it.

Year End Wrap-Up
Dec 30, 2009 | | OK, there are probably a ton of questions I left dangling unanswered this year. So I've decided to try to conclude everything I started as best I can.
Obviously, some shoots didn't work out quite like I planned. Either the model didn't show or I filmed it, but it was so bad I didn't bother releasing it. These things happen.
The diet I was on during the fall was too limited for me. There are already so many foods that I don't eat, whittling down the list further was unacceptable to me. The one good thing that came out of that list is I now enjoy pizza again. I probably have to eat less of it than I do ,but I missed it all of these years and I've been making up for lost time.
I'm still looking for a tattoo artist ...and a houseboy/submissive.
I'm still missing my mom and Mistress Elizabeth terribly, but as time passes, the tears lessen. I continue and move forward because it would make them both happy.
I've come to realize that I have to find a balance in my life regarding the things I love and the things I need to do. I'm tying to design my life so I have equal parts of each.
I used the fucking machine and while I enjoyed the experience, it still needs some tweaking for ease of use. Working on this with the manufacturer currently.
It's always been my policy to ignore emails or instant messages that I deem out of line. I'm including fruitless to that bunch as well. For example, if someone writes me something inane like, "I want to smell your ass" I ignore it. Be advised.
